Warning! These images have been reduced from about 130MB to about 5MB and lower but that's still a big download even for today's duel-processors and standard 2GB of RAM. However, the serious enthusiast will enjoy studying these in an image program such as Photoshop™ All downloads are in the .jpg format.
Interestingly, the more one studies these maps, the more disparages one can find. For instance; where is the RC church? And herein is one of the problems with this project; the lack of information. Or perhaps the information exists but is hidden and/or forgotten. For much more detail, please see the part of the site devoted to my novel, A Life Lived and the short video.
It is still my hope to one day build a physical model with an aim of presenting it to an institution such as The London Museum but at the moment, that's all it is. A hope. I have only two hands! Mind you...if anyone is interested......and has the skills and the enthusiasm.
